Chocolate cream pie

5 reduced-fat graham crackers (such as Keebler Low Fat Honey Grahams)4 teaspoons light butter, melted
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup warm water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1 ounce semisweet chocolate melted
12 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened at room temperature for 15 min
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese softened at room temperature for 15 min
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups fat-free whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9-inch pan (with removable bottom) with cooking spray.In a food processor, grind reduced-fat graham crackers into fine crumbs. Transfer crumbs to a large bowl and add the melted butter. Mix well and press the mixture into the bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 min. Remove from oven and cool for 15 min.
Combine cocoa and water. Sprinkle gelatin over top (do not mix in) and set aside for 10 min.
Microwave cocoa / gelatin mixture on high for 20 sec. Remove from microwave and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add condensed milk, semisweet chocolate, cream cheeses and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer or whisk until smooth. Pour mixture into cooled crust.
Refrigerate for 3 hours until firm. Spread fat-free whipped topping over chocolate cream pie and refrigerate until ready to serve.
