Salad dressing recipe

Hi Mom,

Daddy requested the recipe for my salad dressing, here it is:

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar (this is different than just regular white vinegar)

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard like Grey Poupon (not regular yellow mustard)

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Mix all ingredients except olive oil, then wisk in the oil (stream it in very slowly while continuing to stir) until combined.
