Salmon fettuccini

2 cans (7.5 oz) BUMBLE BEE Red Salmon (or one 14.75 oz can)

1 pkg (8 oz.) Fettuccini, or spaghetti

2 cloves garlic, pressed

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 cup diced green onion

1/2 tablespoon oregano

1/2 tablespoon sweet basil, crumbled

1/2 tablespoon rosemary, crumbled

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup dry white wine

1 medium zucchini, julienne-cut

2 tablespoons capers, chopped parsley, grated

Parmesan cheese

Drain salmon. Mash bones. Cook fettuccini in water 5 to 7 minutes until just tender. Sautй garlic, mushrooms, onion, oregano, basil and rosemary in butter and olive oil until mushrooms are golden. Stir in wine, zucchini and capers. Simmer 1 minute until zucchini is tender-crisp. Remove from heat. Gently fold in salmon. Toss with cooked fettuccini. Top with parsley. Serve with generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
