Як готувати

Arrange trifle sponges in a dish, pour over strong, cold coffee. Melt 100 g white chocolate with 125 g mascarpone until smooth. Cool. Stir 2 egg yolks, whisk 2 egg whites to soft peaks and fold them in, too. Spoon over the sponges. Chill. Dust with ccocoa and scatter with white chocolate shavings.
