Devil eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs.

2 tbsps mayonnaise or sour cream.

1 tsp lemon juice.

1 tsp mustard.

1/8 tsp pepper.

1/4 tsp salt.

Step # 1 Cut egg in half the long way.

Step # 2 Remove yolks set whites aside.

Step # 3 Mash yokes.

Step # 4 Add rest of the ingredients, mix well.

Step # 5 Fill whites with mix, about a Tbs per egg.

Step # 6 Dust eggs with paprika.

Step # 7 (lightly).

Step # 8 Chill at least one hr, to meld flavors.

Step # 9 To fill eggs place mix in a ziplock bag, push mix into one corner, twist bag closed.

Step # 10 Snip off a small part of bag corner pipe mix into eggs.
