Салат з граната
Знадобиться
100 gr of bulgur / couscous4-5 celery sticks, cut in thin slices on a slight bias
1 pomegranate
75g pine nuts or walnuts, roughly chopped
1 small bunch of parsley
1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
salt
pepper
Як готувати
Cook the bulgur / couscous.Put all the ingredients in a bowl, pour over the dressing and check the seasoning. Serve immediately. Make sure the walnuts are dressed just before serving, as sometimes they can impart a bitter flavor and unpleasant colour to the dressing if left to sit.
