Caviar pesto shells

0.5 cup fresh basil leaves (1 ounce)

2 tb. spoons Parmesan cheese

1 tb. spoon pine nuts

8 ounces of cream cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1.5 cups large macaroni shells

2 tb. spoons red caviar

Як готувати

Blend basil, cheese and nuts. Add cream cheese. Mix well.

Cook macaroni until just tender. Drain, rinse under cold water, pat dry.

Spoon (1 teaspoon) the cheese mixture inside each shell. Use pastry bag if needed.

Garnish with caviar and basil leaves.
