1tbsp butter

1 onion chopped

300g can sweetcorn

2 tbsp lemon juice

300 ml (1 1/4 cups) fish / vegetable stock

115 gr (1 cup) cooked, peeled prawns

300ml milk 15-30 ml cream or yogurt

salt / pepper

Як готувати

Heat the butter in a pan and cook onions until translucent.Add 1/2 the sweetcorn all its liquid, the lemon juice, stock half the prawns. Cover simmer the soup for 15 min, then blend or liquidize the soup until quite smooth.Return the soup to the pan, add the milk, the rest of the prawnsthe sweetcorn, the crean or the yogurt seasoning to the taste.Cook gently for 5 min.Serve garnished with a whole prawnherb sprig.
