ngredients* 300g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
* 200g milk chocolate
* Zest of one orange
* 150g white marshmallows, chopped coarsely
* # 190- cup (100g) dried cranberries, craisins or cherries
* 120g Turkish delight, chopped coarsely
* # 190- cup (100g) unsalted pistachio kernels
Preparation method
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
Melt both chocolates together over a double boiler or in 30 second bursts in the microwave until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared tin and spread out to the edges. Refrigerate until set.
Remove from tin and cut into small pieces to serve.
