Spicy tomato chicken

500g skinless boneless chicken breasts

3tbsp tomato puree

2tbsp clear honey

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

250g cherry tomatoes

couscous to serve

1. Cut chicken into 2.5cm chunks and place in a bowl

2. Mix together tomato puree, honey, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, add to chicken and coat evenly

3. Alternating chicken pieces and cherry tomatoes thread them on to wooden skewers

4. Spoon over the remaining sauce, cook under a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes
