Запіканка з батата

Знадобиться

8 c. raw sweet potatoes, shredded3 sticks butter3 c. sugar1 c. brown sugar2 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. cinnamon4 eggs1 / 2 c. finely chopped pecans3 / 4 c. pecan halvesMiniature marshmallows

Як готувати

Place shredded potatoes in a buttered rectangular pan. Mix all other ingredients except marshmallows and pecan halves. Pour mixture over potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours. Then top with pecan halves and bake 30 minutes. Add a layer of marshmallows and return to oven for about 5 minutes or until slightly brown.
