Cucumber and salmon bites

4 medium Lebanese cucumbers

250 g cream cheese

210 g red / pink salmon drained

1 tb sp sour cream

1tb sp mayonnaise

1-2 teaspooon lemon juice

1 tb sp finely chopped coriander

1 tb sp finely chopped chives

2 teaspoons finely chopped lemon thyme

salt pepper to taste

cut the cucumbers into slices 0.5 cm thick

beat the cream cheese in a small bowl until it is soft and creamy.add the salmon, sour cream and the rest of ingredients.beat until well combined

place the teaspoon of the cheese mixture on the cucumber rounds.

decorate with fresh dill
