1 box BUMBLE BEE Fancy Smoked Oysters

25 large fresh Mushrooms (about 1 3/4 lbs.)

1/4 cup margarine

3 tbsp. cream cheese with garlic and herbs

1 tbsp. chopped almonds

1 tbsp. tbsp. chopped parsley

Drain oysters and chop. Remove stems from mushrooms and mince stems. Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in skillet over medium high heat. Saute chopped mushrooms. Remove from heat and add oysters, cheese and almonds, mixing well. Yields 1 cup filling. In a separate skillet, melt remaining 3 tablespoons margarine. Saute and stir caps until just coated with butter. Place on foil line baking sheet. Divide filling among mushroom caps. Broil about 5 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
