1 Cup Butter, stick is preferred

4 Cups Celery, diced

1 Cup Yellow Onion, diced

16 Cups Square Sandwich Bread, cubed

1 Can Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 1/2 Tablespoons Poultry Seasoning

Melt the Butter in a large skillet. Add the Onion and Celery and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the onions are translucent.

Put the Bread cubes in a very large pan, I use the roasting pan that I am going to use to cook the Turkey, and let the them get hard. Sprinkle the Poultry Seasoning and Black Pepper over the bread cubes. Add the Cream of Chicken Soup and stir until the bread and soup are mixed thoroughly. Add the cooked onion and celery and again mix thoroughly.

This mixture is then put in both the front and rear cavities of the Turkey, after they have been washed and then salted and peppered.

The remaining stuffing can then be either put in a large casserole dish and covered with aluminum foil, or simply wrapped in aluminum foil. The stuffing is then place in the oven, with the Turkey, for the last 45 minutes.

Serve in either the casserole dish or put the stuffing in a large bowl.

P.S. I cover my stuffing with a good turkey gravy ... ..hmmm hurry up Thanksgiving.
