PrekolNetThree servings of of the crude "brown" rice (1 serving equals 60 grams of dry rice), vegetable broth - no restrictions, mineral water and herbal teas - no restrictions, 100 grams of fruit or dried fruit, vegetables 300-400 g, 1 tablespoon unrefined olive or peanut butter, a little at a bit of natural vinegar.

Vegetable broth prepared as follows: 300 g of diced vegetables:
carrots, leeks, celery, small onion, small potato, some cabbage, and any other vegetables, a teaspoon of oatmeal.
Fill the vegetables in one liter of water, bring to a boil and simmer for about half an hour.
At the end of cooking or in a ready-made, but still hot broth add the greens (parsley, dill, rosemary, chives, thyme, basil).
Drain and freeze in the refrigerator. Broth can be refrigerated up to 3-4 days, but you can freeze individual portions.
Before use, the broth can be slightly diluted with water.
